The Journey

Step 1: Set your intention

Start your program by contemplating the type of leader you aspire to be, setting your intentions, and beginning your pre-work. In our group sessions, you’ll have the chance to connect with your coaches and fellow cohort members before embarking on the next phase of your journey.

Step 2: Explore Your Compass.

Explore your core values through one-on-one sessions with your assigned coach. Consider your values as the magnetic needle of your compass—defining what you stand for, believe in, and what makes you unique. With strong values, you gain greater confidence and clarity in life. They serve as your guide, helping you achieve your goals and persevere when challenges arise.

Step 3: Assess the Landscape.

You and your coach will review your Harrison Leadership Assessment™, offering an in-depth exploration of the behaviors that contribute to successful leadership. You’ll better understand your key strengths, preferences, and tendencies across various domains—interpersonal, achievement, and leadership. You’ll also identify potential derailers that influence your success and satisfaction in your role.

Step 4: Chart Your Course

In this phase, you’ll collaborate with your coach to create a personalized action plan. You’ll clarify your strengths and situation, set clear intentions for your growth, and determine the steps and timeline to achieve your goals. You’ll also identify potential obstacles, strategies to overcome them, and the support you’ll need to succeed.
